BLISS TRADELINK (Pyramid) does not offer return or exchange facilities. Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched, provided they provide a valid reason for cancellation. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. We do not provide credit refunds for cancelled orders, but you may exchange the product for another BLISS TRADELINK (Pyramid) product of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
If a product is missing, damaged, or tampered with during transportation, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video. The product must be returned to our warehouse within one week. Failure to do so may result in BLISS TRADELINK (Pyramid) refusing to accept the product. Please contact xyz@xyz.com for further assistance. We will assess the damage and determine if the product can be repaired or replaced. Any shipping costs incurred in this process will be borne by the customer. BLISS TRADELINK (Pyramid) will cover the transaction expenses after the product has been repaired.
**Note: It is mandatory to create an unboxing video when opening the package. This video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to raise a claim for wrong/empty/damaged products.**
