Replacement and Refund Policy
We will provide a replacement for a product if informed within 72 hours of receipt and under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Documentary evidence (photo or video) provided
Contact our Customer Service team at +91 9867471479 (10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week). After confirmation, we will initiate a return pickup for the replacement. You are responsible for ensuring the faulty product is picked up. Once received, we will dispatch a replacement.
Replacements are not provided if:
- You are unhappy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product.
- There is physical damage or tampering caused by you.
This policy is valid only if the concern is raised within 72 hours of delivery. Customers are eligible for one replacement. If the issue persists with the replacement, you must visit a service center, unless the replacement is dead on arrival.
Products purchased from this website are not eligible for a refund.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, refuse delivery and contact Customer Service immediately. We will dispatch a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not allowed for orders placed/purchased through offers or discounts during special occasions.
You can cancel your order until it has been initiated for shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel any prepaid or COD orders for any reason. For prepaid cancellations, you will receive a refund within 48-72 hours.

Shipping Policy
- We ship to a single destination address per order. Multiple orders are required for multiple addresses.
- We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but it can take up to 5 or more working days in some cases.
- Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Inspect the product upon delivery. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery and call Customer Service at +91 9867471479 (10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week). We will arrange a replacement.
- All orders include an invoice. If you do not receive one, you can download it from your account on the website with the same email address used during purchase.
Warranty Policy
This warranty does not cover:
- Products with defects or damage resulting from use with unapproved accessories or products.
- Damage or inoperability caused by unauthorized repairs.
- Software programs.
- External or physical damage.
Damage resulting from:
- Accident/neglect
- Misuse/abuse
- Malicious destruction
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Acts of nature
- Affixing unapproved items with adhesive
- Overcharging or use of unrecommended power sources
- Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by us.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
Products cannot be exchanged for different products or colors.
Soundbars are not covered under extended 3-month warranty registration, but have a 1-year warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims with incomplete/illegible information or incorrect customer details.
This warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty repairs must be performed by authorized service centers.
We may use rebuilt or refurbished parts.
Shipping charges for unavailable destinations must be handled by the buyer.
We may use your contact information for future product and offer updates.
We may contact you regarding warranty claims.
